Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") establish binding legal obligations between you ("User") and Rainthorn ("Platform"). By accessing, viewing, or interacting with Rainthorn, you accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you cannot accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

Platform Classification

Rainthorn is a social entertainment platform providing browser-based social casino-style games for recreational purposes. This classification is critical to understanding our services:

• All games utilize virtual currency with absolutely zero monetary value
• No real money can be deposited, wagered, won, or withdrawn
• No prizes, rewards, or items of tangible value are provided to users
• The Platform exists exclusively for entertainment and recreation
• Virtual currency cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or redeemed under any circumstances

Rainthorn is entertainment software, comparable to video games or interactive media, not a gambling service of any kind.

Eligibility Criteria

To access and use Rainthorn, you must meet these requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years at time of access
• Legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Compliance with all applicable laws regarding online entertainment access
• Truthful representation of all information provided to the Platform

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information or failing to meet requirements constitutes grounds for immediate access termination.

Acceptable Use Standards

When using Rainthorn, you agree to:

• Use the Platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
• Not employ automated systems, bots, or scripts for Platform interaction
• Not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent security measures
• Not interfere with other users' access or enjoyment of the Platform
• Not misrepresent the nature or purpose of Rainthorn to others
• Not engage in any unlawful activities while using the Platform

Virtual Currency Framework

Virtual credits, coins, points, or similar in-game representations are governed by these principles:

• Virtual currency possesses zero real-world monetary value
• Virtual currency cannot be transferred between users or accounts
• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, or prizes
• We may adjust, reset, or eliminate virtual currency balances without notice
• Virtual currency does not constitute property or a transferable asset
• Upon access termination, all virtual currency is immediately forfeited
• Game outcomes are determined by entertainment-focused algorithms, not realistic gambling simulations

Intellectual Property Protection

All Platform content, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, audio, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Rights are owned by Rainthorn or our licensors. This includes:

• Game software, algorithms, and underlying code
• Visual designs, graphics, animations, and artwork
• Audio elements including sound effects and music
• Written content, documentation, and descriptive text
• Logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
• Overall user interface design and user experience

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without explicit written authorization.

Service Availability

Rainthorn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous, uninterrupted Platform availability
• Freedom from errors, bugs, glitches, or technical issues
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, operating systems, or configurations
• Preservation or persistence of game progress or virtual currency balances
• Accuracy or reliability of any information or data displayed
• Fitness for any particular purpose or user expectation

Platform Modification Rights

We reserve unrestricted rights to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue Rainthorn or any features at any time without prior notice or liability. This includes rights to:

• Update or change game mechanics, rules, and functionality
• Alter visual appearance, user interface, or user experience
• Add, remove, or replace games available on the Platform
• Modify these Terms of Service or other legal documentation
• Change technical infrastructure or hosting arrangements

Continued use of Rainthorn after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Comprehensive Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rainthorn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
• Any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainthorn and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, virtual currency, or game progress
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system errors
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of data
• Any other damages or losses of any nature

Some jurisdictions prohibit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Access Termination

We may immediately terminate or suspend your Platform access without prior notice or liability for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engagement in prohibited activities or conduct
• Providing false or misleading information
• At our sole discretion for any reason or no stated reason

Upon termination, your access rights immediately cease, all virtual currency is forfeited, and certain Agreement provisions (including disclaimers and liability limitations) survive termination.

Rainthorn may contain links to external websites or resources, including responsible gambling support organizations. We provide these links for informational purposes only and exercise no control over external content, practices, or policies.

Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content, accuracy, practices, damages, or losses associated with third-party websites.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or Platform use shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Severability Provision

If any Agreement provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve validity. If modification is impossible, the provision shall be severed, with all remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Complete Agreement

These Terms of Service, combined with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainthorn regarding Platform use, superseding all prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

Modification Notices

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in Platform features, practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the document version date.

Your continued Platform use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We recommend periodic review to stay informed of changes.
